Allow the price of oil to rise to a level where energy source innovations can be funded by subsequent investments. The public will not invest in these possible innovations unless it is more lucrative than oil. Governments should place additional taxes on oil but should give special discounts to some large industries (airline for example). This should lesson the impact on the economy and help avoid another serious recession.

Incentives should be offered to companies distributing safe enzyme sourced products to improve this technological advancement. Sell products with less harmful elements at a lower cost will allow each citizen to take part of sustaining this planet.

We cannot take extreme measures but wise and calculated measures will produce great results.
